I restarted the computer in safe mode, updated Malwarebytes program, and scanned again still no problems detected. I installed and ran several free malware and antivirus programs, no problems were detected. I accessed the Control Panel and uninstalled ALL programs installed since shortly before this problem began, still getting popups. I uninstalled Chrome and reinstalled, still no resolution. I deleted all Chrome extensions, reset browser, and still received popups. I installed and ran Malwarebytes, the scan was uneventful. I'm having difficulty with Google Chrome and popups for links such as 'premiumvideoupdating.be'.
I'm new to forums, never used one before and unsure whether I'm using this one correctly.
